Quality products for the New Year's table. What can and can not eat at the holidays?

New Year's holidays, people, of course, worried about food. For the most part one is destined to decorate the holiday table. Russian Institute for Consumer Research (Rippee) New Year's Eve compared the best Christmas products.

Three brands of collection and the seven brands tested ordinary champagne tasters. Of course, all sparkling wines examination took place in anonymous form. Of course, the experts did not escape the attention of a familiar Russian snack - herring. For the title of "best herring in wine sauce" fought six contenders. Best recognized as the "Icelandic" by ZAO Russian Sea. Assessed as "good" worthy "Herring in wine pouring" from "Biserovskogo fish factory and herring" Nepto, herring fillets in Icelandic in a wine sauce from "Nepto. Did not like the experts "Rock" from the "fish-processing plant number 1" and "Atlantic herring" from "Marina". According to the research the most popular juice in Russia and worldwide - orange. Now, every company produces citrus juice beverage. Tasters compared the 1932 sample, and decided that stated on the packaging provisions are consistent with only seven grades: 7th (ZAO Borodino »), Swell (« Master-Alco »), Del Tropico (company Digi-Dong"), "Holiday Series (OJSC Amtel soft Drinks) and 50% orange nectar from two types of "Double" (Amtel soft Drinks). It is worth noting that the orange juice, just like any other recovered beverage made from concentrate. And mark, claimed the best - it's very close to the freshly original concentrates.

Of course, no celebration is complete without a favorite treats - ice cream. The situation with the Russian ice cream is now the most that neither is deplorable. The fact that one and all manufacturers affix to their products labeled "ice cream", while one should write "vegetable-butter."Case in herbal supplements - palm oil. It helps the frosty sweets no longer to melt and become cheaper. However, the addition of palm oil makes the ice cream is far less tasty.
