Duran Duran shoot of his film, and A-HA are going to Russia
On the British pop legend 1980 Duran Duran shoot a feature film, the musicians have already signed a contract with the famous American film company.
The band members - Simon Le Bon, John Taylor, Andy Taylor, Roger Taylor (they are not relative, but just namesakes - aut.) And Nick Rhodes - appear in several episodes. What actors are chosen for the role of stellar musicians in the film, remains a mystery. The film will use footage from the upcoming tour, the quintet to Great Britain.
Duran Duran released their first CD in 1981. Is the second record of Rio - has made young people famous. Years to 1983-84 have the peak of their popularity, then they have become popular throughout the world. Among the fans, "Durant" and have outstanding people of our time - the American artist Andy Warhol, and the late Princess Diana called them his favorite group.
In 1985, Duran Duran drummer and guitarist left, but this did not prevent the remaining members to record sverhuspeshnuyu plate Notorious. In the 90's the band changed, but in 2001 the musicians met again in the classical composition. In 2004 there was a very successful record of Astronaut.
Now plans for musicians to mid-2006 to release a new CD and go on a tour of Europe.
Norwegian trio A-HA is going to Russia again, this time the musicians will visit not only Moscow and St. Petersburg, but also eight other Russian cities. It will happen in March next year, but what city to visit A-HA and currently unknown.
As before (the coming visit of A-Ha to Russia will be the fourth) round of the Norwegian team is in support of new album A-HA - Analogue, released on November 7.
The concert program will include not only things from the new album - Celice, Analogue, Sozy Prisons and others, but also the "golden" group hits such as Take On Me, The Sun Always Shines On TV, Early Morning, Hunting High And Low, Crying In The Rain, Summer Moved On, Forever Not Yours.
A-HA was first visited Russia in 2001, while their concerts took place in the "Olympic" in support of the album Minor Earth, Major Sky. The second visit Morten Harket, Magne and Paul Vaaktaara Furuholmen held a year later again in the "Olympic", the band presented the album LIfelines.
The third time fans of the group went to a concert in autumn 2003 in the "Ice Palace". During this tour, the musicians also visited Ukraine, having played there for two concerts.
