He is one method for all situations - very simple and effective. And it is very clumsy. In the Sverdlovsk region it has a local contingent, consisting mainly of grandmothers, whom he pays a little for many years and draws all its activities. These grandmothers chain led him to other agitators. They are simply avoiding the apartment, and it creates interest.
We know that if you let people from house to house, it can be on level ground some results obtained. If each agitator to persuade a few people, and if the agitators are many, the extent of the area can get somewhere in 10%. That is passing the result. Again, this method of investor campaign is extremely difficult to understand how much all this really worth it.
Tanks very cleverly wins back any situation in its favor: it has its own media, which constantly spreading on the Internet about his seeming triumph, and in every way glorify him as a great engineer, magician and sorcerer PR. In reality, we are dealing with a primitive network technology, just a spectacular package.
I personally do not think that the March election he will be able to establish in several regions of Russia, which displays lists of ATP, a workable grid agitators: he did not have so many people able to travel to the regions and they work independently. Nevertheless, in the Moscow region is a broad recruitment of people in Yekaterinburg and the Sverdlovsk region.
