Good sleep improves memory

Want to improve your memory - try to sleep properly. Scientists of the University of Geneva came to the conclusion that the quality of night sleep is important for brain function the next day.

Strong healthy sleep makes a strong connection between the nerve cells of the brain that play a key role in learning and memory. "During the day we get new information, but at night it sorted" - say the authors of the experiment. However, while they could not figure out what the optimal duration of sleep in order to achieve this effect, reports Radio Mayak.
