Afternoon sleep good for the heart

A new and very serious argument for a conversation with the head now has the amateurs nap after lunch.

Scientists from the U.S. and Greece have established that afternoon nap helps reduce the risk of impending fatal heart disease, especially among men.

So displeased the authorities have to contend with the fact that their subordinates in the second half of the working day strive "to work with documents", or simply take a nap. NTV reports
