Fish rescue of multiple sclerosis

Eating fatty fish brings enormous benefits to the brain. This product improves memory and reduces the risk of diseases such as Alzheimer's and dementia. Such input came Finnish scientists. To strengthen your memory and prevent the development of multiple sclerosis, researchers are advised to eat certain varieties of fish at least three times a week.
The study involved 2,313 volunteers. According to surveys, experts from the University of Kuopio Finland came to the conclusion that fatty fish such as tuna and salmon, restores minor damage to the brain, stopping the process of memory loss by 25% with consumption of fish twice a week and 13% for single taking of fish food in this period of time.
Scientists emphasized that during the observations they have identified the benefits of steamed or broiled fish. Favorite many fried fish, they said, such exposure has not. According to scientists, a positive influence on memory is omega-3 that reduce the inflammation of the brain, and speed up the process of regeneration of nerve cells.
Scientists believe the most useful for memory are salmon, tuna, herring, mackerel, sardines and anchovies.
