Journalists go to the cemetery at night

At Lychakivsky cemetery in the Ukrainian city of Lviv organizing night tours, informs the management of the museum-reserve "Lychakiv graveyard."

Today will be the first such tour, as tourists will still Lviv journalists. The entrance ticket costs from 10 to 16 dollars, depending on group size.

Thus, the night tour will cost twice as much daily.

Lychakiv cemetery - the oldest cemetery in Lviv, located near the city center. Founded in 1786. Area - 42 hectares. Since its inception it buried more than 400 thousand people.

Cemetery recognized the historical and architectural reserve. Here are buried many historical figures. This is mainly the representatives of the noble Polish, Austrian and Ukrainian families, policy makers and the arts - a poet and philosopher Ivan Franko, soprano Solomiya Krushelnytska, composer Stanislaw Lyudkevych, historian Ivan Kripyakevich, RIA Novosti news agency.
