Russians need computers, not cameras

In Russian families often have a computer than a digital camera. These are data from a survey carried out by sociologists VTsIOM.

According to the survey, a personal computer or laptop is, in every third (33%) of the Russian family, as "digital camera" - only one in five (19%). Even fewer respondents have a digital camcorder - 6%.

According to the survey, an inkjet printer for printing sheets of A4 stadtarnogo - the most common device, it occurs in one in ten (9%) families. At the same time, a laser printer or a printer for printing photos, small size, or the scanner is available only in families of 2-4% of the respondents.

At the same time, according to the poll, 59% of households do not own any of these types of digital equipment. As to be expected, the proportion of "neotsifrovannyh" families increased from 37% of respondents living in Moscow and St. Petersburg, up to 73% - in rural areas.

Holders of such technology - it's primarily young people, respondents with higher and incomplete higher education, resources, residents of capital cities and megacities.

Nationwide survey was conducted in October in 153 settlements in 46 regions and republics of Russia, informs NewsInfo.
