In Moscow, Hugo Chavez unveiled a monument to Simon Bolivar

In Moscow, President Hugo Chavez opened a monument to Latin American national hero, leader of the struggle for the independence of Spanish colonies in the New World, Simon Bolivar.

Appeared bust of the hero in the All-library of world literature. The Venezuelan leader noted that the location of the monument to the fight for independence is doubly symbolic. First, because the culture - "the most powerful weapon, more missiles and artillery."
