Dozens of deaths due to floods in Bihar
In the Indian state of Bihar, tens of people died because of neobchnogo flooding caused by the change of river Kosi, told reporters Tuesday, representatives of local authorities.

In 1950-60's built on the Kosi dam in order to protect local residents from the rivers of the Shrew. After heavy rains on August 18 river breached the dam in Nepal.
