Croats investigates anti-Semitic scandal
Sachets of sugar with the image of a man looking like Adolf Hitler and the joke about the Holocaust, were found in some cafes in Croatia.
Office of the Public Prosecutor announced investigation. Daily newspaper Novi Listi said that the leadership of a small factory in town Pazoga confirmed that the packets of sugar produced with their consent.
This incident may very harm the government, which wants to diminish its relationship with the Nazis during World War II, reports Reuters.
Croatian regime joined the Nazi Germany and to enact laws under which thousands of Serbs, Jews and Gypsies were killed in local concentration camps in 1941-45.
