Cossacks sod 300 liters of borscht

More than two hours it took to prepare 300 liters of borscht at the celebration of 365 years of Azov seats in the monastery tract near the town of Aksai, Rostov Region.

For cooking borscht took more than 50 kg of pork, 20 kg of potatoes and cabbage, and 2 kg of fat.

Borscht - it's the national dish of Cossack cuisine and traditions which go back to the era of Azov seats.

During the holiday has been demonstrated performance history clubs Rostov-on-Don and Rostov Region.
