A student of the University of Massachusetts sued the school because it felt unfair assessment, he exhibited in philosophy.

In his view, this may be deprived of his chance to continue learning. Fifty years Brian Marcus, who worked before returning to university referent, said that he put three (C), while he counted at least five and a minus ("A-").

The dispute about the fairness evaluation arose from the fact that the assistant teacher in order to improve students' knowledge rewrote the scale, under which evaluated the test results. And if one is Brian Marcus fulfilled 92.1 percent of the job, then after the changes, the figure became 84 percent, Reuters

Officials from the university in which taught "eternal student", refused to comment on the situation. But Sheldon Steinbach, a former senior lawyer of the Council on Education USA, said that cases when students sue school, are rare. And usually win the case they fail.
