Turks do not have enough water

Turkish authorities have urged the population to conserve water. In a number of Turkish cities severely restricted its supply. In Ankara, started off from the water of entire regions. Explaining these measures, Mayor Melih Gokchek noted that the region is experiencing one of the driest periods in the past half century. The past winter was unusually dry, water storage in reservoirs remained for six months.

Several Turkish cities have already banned the power to wash cars from the hoses, use water from water pipes to irrigate parks and gardens, dig new wells. Experts predict will soon jump in prices for bottled water, transmits radio "Liberty".
