Director of the British Council in St. Petersburg was arrested for driving drunk

Director of the British Council in St Petersburg, Stephen Kinnock, was detained by traffic police for driving while intoxicated. The detention took place on Jan. 15 about 23:30, when the director stopped the car in the center of the city for breach of the SDA.
