In Moldova legalize trade in "home" wine
In Moldova intend to legalize the process of selling home-made wine. This was stated by Prime Minister Vasile Tarlev.
The prime minister noted that legalization will contribute to the regulation of the sphere of wine production, the support of citizens in the implementation of the wine and the legalization of income from this activity
Tarlev said that the legalization of the sale of wine home production line with European rules in this area. Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Justice together with the Agro-Industrial Agency "Moldova-vin" necessary in a period of one week to prepare proposals on improving legislation in the said area.
Currently, sales of domestic wine in Moldova shall be punished by a fine of from 50 to 350 conventional units for individuals and from 180 to 720 cu for economic agents, RBC reports.
