In Argentina issued a warrant for the arrest of Iranian President

Prosecutors Argentina issued a warrant for the arrest of former Iranian president Hashemi Rafsanjani.

Ex-President of the Islamic Republic accused of terrorism - namely, involvement in the terrorist attack at a Jewish center in Buenos Aires in 1994.

During the investigation of the explosion, law enforcement agencies of Argentina came to the conclusion that the decision to blow up a Jewish cultural center was made in 1993, the supreme leadership of Iran and the direct perpetrators were militants belonging to the Lebanese extremist group Hezbollah.

In response, the Iranian Foreign Ministry official said that neither Rafsanjani nor any of the country's leadership is not involved in the terrorist attack in Buenos Aires and the Argentine prosecutors made the charges, the Iranian foreign ministry described as "Zionist propaganda." Guidance on Hezbollah denies involvement in a statement on their members in an explosion in the Jewish center.

Recall that the explosion, hosted by 21-year old suicide of a Jewish center in Buenos Aires in 1994, is considered the largest terrorist attack in the history of Argentina - 85 people were killed and 200 injured.
