The brutal rape in the Krasnoyarsk Territory

In Krasnoyarsk, a city Nazarovo, detained 15-year-old teenager who is suspected of raping a 9-month old girl.

Now the injured baby is in hospital in Krasnoyarsk. She underwent surgery. The suspect has confessed.

On this fact the prosecutor's office opened a criminal case. The Criminal Code provides punishment for this crime for the period from 8 to 15 years. But since the suspect is a minor, the term of imprisonment not exceeding 10 years.

At the moment under investigation, the prosecution has not yet filed. Teen detainee had previously been convicted of robbery. Reports Pravda.ru.
