Way through the stomach is not only a man's heart, but also to brain activity. British scientists at Cambridge University have shown that hungry people are more likely to take hasty and unfavorable decisions than well-fed. Refusal of food entails lowering the level of substance in the body of serotonin, also known as the "hormone of happiness." The disadvantage of this substance in the brain causes a person to behave aggressively and impulsively, wrote The Daily Mail.

The study involved 20 volunteers. They beat a situation in which one person offers another unfair share the money. If the proposal is accepted, both players get their share if the offer is rejected, nobody gets nothing. The first experiment was carried out immediately after lunch.

Many subjects were offended by the fact that they had been wronged and rejected a third of unfair offers of other players. And as a consequence - both lost their money.

However, when all the hungry and decreased levels of serotonin - the number of failures jumped to 80%.

In other words, the lack of serotonin increased the likelihood that people in the heat of the senses to take an unfavorable decision for yourself.

However, as another study, sudden decisions are often the best. Since the constant thinking of one thing can prevent that the brain will get other useful information.
