Moscow commemorates victims of the accident on K-19

Recall that the first Soviet nuclear submarine capable of carrying on board the three ballistic missile nuclear warheads, a K-19. During the ocean exercises in 1961 aboard a severe accident, which is why there was a leak of radiation.
