Today in Romania, says the most important national holiday

In honor of the holiday in the capital, held a military parade, during which the main streets of the city will march past the representatives of all branches of the armed forces, police, gendarmerie, military equipment, including armored vehicles and rocket launchers, a unit of firefighters, ambulance and emergency services. Take the parade from the Arc de Triomphe, erected in honor of the Romanian heroes who died during World War II, will President Traian Basescu. In the evening the city illumined by thousands of colored lights holiday illumination in national colors - yellow, blue and red. On the streets of Bucharest and other cities in the country will be concerts and massive festivals. Social events will be completed fireworks, ITAR-TASS.
