U.S. Government, Venezuela, Brazil and the EU expressed readiness to render assistance to the Dominican Republic.
According to meteorologists, the hurricane moved to Haiti and Cuba, and the next day will move to the northwest at 13 kilometers per hour. It is assumed that the storm would affect the coast of Florida and may pose a threat to oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico.
