Mindless purchases are made every third Russian

The most common type of spontaneous purchases in Russia are confectionery, sociologists note. Every fourth person can not refrain from unplanned purchases at the sight of sweets, Interfax reported.

According to the results of opinion poll, make unplanned purchases of fruit and drinks for 18% of survey participants, pasta and sausages bought spontaneously for 14-15% of the respondents, 10-12% of respondents could not resist buying at the sight of meat and fish, vegetables, spices . Bakery products, butter, ready-made salads spontaneously bought 8% of respondents.
At the same time, sociologists note that the mindless buying makes every third inhabitant of the country. Over half of respondents do not tend to make spontaneous purchases, among them 31% occasionally allows himself to such improvisations, and 30% - almost never.
As the poll shows, most often unplanned purchases are made younger and more affluent people.
