With what Medvedev returned from Kazakhstan?

On Thursday, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev made his first visit abroad - he visited Kazakhstan. As a result of this trip presidential parties - Dmitry Medvedev and Nursultan Nazarbayev signed a joint statement. Was also signed several documents on intergovernmental cooperation.

An important outcome of the visit was the conclusion of intergovernmental agreements on cooperation in exploring and using outer space for peaceful purposes and in the use and development of global navigation satellite system GLONASS. Discussed as a pilot project for solar terrestrial and space-based technologies for the Russian NPP Kvant.

Russia and Kazakhstan also plans to actively cooperate in joint projects and venture capital funds for investing in nanotechnology and the nanotechnology industry. The intergovernmental agreement on cooperation between the Fund Kazyna and state corporation "Russian Nanotechnology Corporation" provides interaction between the parties in the commercialization of nanotechnology and the formation of a competitive nanotechnology in Kazakhstan and Russia.
