Russian President Vladimir Putin in his message to President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili expressed hope for constructive development of bilateral relations in the future. As the press service of the Kremlin, Vladimir Putin sent a congratulatory message to Saakashvili on his re-election as president of Georgia.

"Please accept congratulations on your reelection as the President of Georgia. I would hope for constructive development of relations between our countries in the coming period," - says the message. It is reported by Interfax .
