Last Tuesday in the Russian capital Savelovsky court held a hearing on claim of the Communist Party leader Gennady Zyuganov to one of the authors of the report "Storm warning" Boris Kagarlitsky. Progress in the case took an unexpected turn - the representatives of the Communists in fact confirmed the information contained in the anti-corruption report.

It looked like that. During the hearings, the representative of Gennady Zyuganov, head of the legal service of the Communist Vladimir Solovyov said of the refusal of part of the claim. More precisely, from the fourth paragraph, which dealt with the facts of the sale of certificates of deputies and assistants Trade parliamentary inquiries. Vladimir Solovyov said that the Communists later served another lawsuit, which will be specifically devoted to delete items.

Meanwhile, the representative of the Communist Party demanded the involvement of the case "third person" - RIA Novosti. That's news agency has provided a platform for the presentation of "Storm Warning". Now, the Communists call for a similar press conference that gathered to refute the report's facts.

Sam Boris Kagarlitsky commented the situation: "It shows that it is not the way they planned." In contrast to the Communists, who kept shouting about the great successes and inevitable victory, I can not speak. When the court will completed, then we know what all completed, but I have a feeling that that aspect is experiencing some discomfort and discomfort about them is initiated action.

The political scientist noted that after the withdrawal of one of the items claim the case is actually returned to the starting point. "I do not think that this case raises very image of the Communist Party. They made a big mistake, when they started work, and are very sorry about this. But we offered them out - a settlement on very favorable conditions for them before we won a counterclaim. But they embraced our willingness to tolerate than a desire to avoid unnecessary conflicts, as well as weakness. In the end, they would bump into a lost court decision in the Tver court and a lot of problems in Savelovsky court. They refused, and now let themselves understand the consequences "- said Kagarlitsky.
