Communists claim to the CEC considered the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation since July 7. Solovyov said that the decision is likely to be made not in favor of the party. "The main problems in the Communist Party during the lawsuit did not arise with the CEC, and with the judge and prosecutor. On Friday, the prosecutor did not see any violation of law. But we were ready to make this decision," - he said, reiterating that the Communist Party is ready to challenge the decision of the SC in all the appeals instances of Russia and even in the European Court of Human Rights.

Recall that the Communists have extensive experience in lawsuits. Thus, in the 2003 parliamentary elections, they have also failed to prove its case in the Russian courts and European Court of Human Rights, although adopted by the Russian Communist appeal, but has not yet proceeded to its consideration.

Earlier, the Supreme Court dismissed a similar lawsuit against the CEC of the Party "Union of Right Forces.
