DPNI leader Alexander Potkin hit on the run

The prosecutor's office of the Western Administrative District of Moscow criminal case was opened for 282 th article of the Penal Code against the leader of the Movement Against Illegal Immigration (DPNI) Alexander Potkin (Belov uses a pseudonym).

If the prosecution can prove the guilt of Alexander Potkin, the latter faces a sentence of up to 5 years imprisonment. Meanwhile, as the website of the Movement Against Illegal Immigration, Alexander Potkin fled in an unknown direction. "With Alexander Belov yet could not be reached, he had to go to Uglich, but still not communicate. His whereabouts unknown," - said in a statement.

Earlier, the head of DPNI has become figurant several criminal cases. In 2006, for example, Karelia Prosecutors brought criminal charges for "inciting hatred and denigration of human dignity." In addition, blame Mr. Potkin imputed statements that were made by him during the TV shows "People want to know" on September 8 channel TV-Center and the "Week of September 9 on REN-TV.
