The head of Scotland Yard's not lying

With head of Scotland Yard, Sir Ian Blair, will be cleared of allegations that he lied to the public about the death of Brazilian Jean Charles de Menezes, shot dead by police in July 2005.

Ian Blair said that within days after the incident he did not know that Menezes was not a terrorist. British prosecutors, for its part, has investigated the incident and found no corpus delicti in the actions of police who shot and killed Menezes, the newspaper The Sunday Times.
