Organizers of the March of Dissenters "in Moscow authorities ignored the offer and intend to Dec. 14 to an unsanctioned rally in central Moscow. This was stated by spokesman FMG Lyudmila Mamina after talks organizers of the "March of Dissent" Garry Kasparov and Eduard Limonov, with representatives of the Moscow City Hall.

Recall that on Monday at the Moscow city government also held a meeting with a member of the executive committee of the Other Russia coalition, "Alexander Averin . "Dissent" in Moscow mayor's office filed an application for December 14 meeting on Triumph Square, followed by a procession through the streets of Tver and willingly series and another rally at Theater Square - the so-called "March of Dissent". Having considered the application, the municipality proposed to "dissent" over the best routes for the rally - or march on the Taras Shevchenko embankment, or a rally on the Swamp area.

According to first deputy head of the press service of the mayor and the city government of Leonid Krutakova, Mr. Averin explained that earlier on Pushkin Square and the Triumphal filed an application to the prefecture of the Central Administrative District of Moscow from other groups of citizens. In addition, when making a decision, the city government came from the interests of other citizens, as a demonstration on Tverskaya street would inevitably lead to congestion in the city center.

"Alexander Averin was a painting receives a copy of the decision by Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov," - said L. Krutakov - Mr. Averin behaved appropriately and all questions answered thoughtfully. To the question whether he understood the mayor's decision, he replied that he was all clear. Whereupon Alexander Averin was warned about the consequences of a breach of the Russian Constitution and federal law. On the question of its future actions, Mr. Averin said that breaking the law, he and his movement was not collected and converted, most likely with a new letter to the government "- the spokesman said Hall.

During today's meeting Limonov and Kasparov expressed his dissatisfaction with the proposed "deserted" dog playground ", where" dissidents "will be" unable to communicate with the citizens of Moscow. "Furthermore, they demanded that the Moscow authorities to the live broadcast on television to inform Moscow about a new venue for the action. Mayor's Office employees did not object to this method of notification, accepting voice announcement on television.

However, even such an outcome did not suit the dissenters, who themselves wanted to get into TV. "The proposal to change the venue of the March on television voiced speaker - ridiculous as this will expose the opposition puppets of Moscow authorities," - said Lemons.

Thus, the opposition are going to hold an unsanctioned rally, sincerely hoping for a possible clash with police. Otherwise, the "march of dissent" is converted to the ranks protest action, which no longer cause any interest in the media.
