Found documents confirming the relationship with Chavez's rebel FARS

The head of the Colombian police, General Oscar Narandzho said that documents found in the camp of the rebels' Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia "(FARC), suggests that Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has listed the rebels $ 300 million.
