Voting will run from 07.00 (09.00 GMT) to 20.00 (22.00 in the capital of Russia). According to the CEC of the country, at 10.00 (12.00 in Moscow) 9.56% of the voters voted. This figure is slightly higher than the same period a vote in the first round of elections on 20 January, when it voted to 10.00 9.45% of the voters.

Today, unlike in the first round of elections, under current law, there is the so-called "threshold for turnout." The winner is determined by a simple majority of votes, reports RIA Novosti.
