The OSCE believes that voters were intimidated Kyrgyzstan

Presidential elections in Kyrgyzstan did not meet key requirements of the OSCE. So says the head of an observer mission from the Organization Consiglio Di Nino.

After counting 61 percent of ballots acting leader Kurmanbek Bakiyev, gaining nearly 87 percent of the vote. His nearest rival - the candidate of the united opposition Atambayev - supported by only 8 per cent, like RSN.

According to Consiglio Di Nino, on the option to use administrative resources, and identified instances of voter intimidation.
