Australians asked to sign a contract for sex

Independent member of the Australian Parliament Ann Bressington encouraged men to enter into a special agreement to have sex with women. In her opinion, such a document would protect Australians from rape charges. Such a provocative statement made MP in protest against amendments to the laws relating to punishment for rape.
Under the proposed changes, a crime may be considered even consensual sex if the woman after intercourse suddenly felt that it was rape. In addition, the law would take men suspected perpetrators until their innocence is proven. That is, the amendment effectively abolish the presumption of innocence conveys ABC.
