In Bashkortostan close all Registry Offices
On January 1, 2006 completely stop their activities now operating OCS administrations of cities and regions of Bashkortostan. In the municipalities will no longer be marriage registration, issuance of birth certificates, death verification, etc. These are the requirements of the new edition of the national law "On organization of activity of the civil state, adopted by the deputies of the State Assembly of the Republic of Belarus at the last meeting.
The MPs noted that, in accordance with the municipal reform civil registration does not apply to issues of local importance. Consequently, municipalities have no right to organize and supervise the activities of registry offices. But without the necessary procedures that are associated with birth-death and the marriage will not remain residents of Bashkortostan.
