Luzhkov: Moscow-third of gasoline - the "left" fuel

Today at a government meeting in Moscow devoted to the environmental program of the next three years, it was stated that one third of the total gasoline sold in Moscow, the surrogate fuel.

Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov, speaking at the meeting, likened the "singed" petrol with low-quality vodka. "Surrogate vodka harm to human health. Just by wearing a surrogate gasoline car engine," - said the mayor, adding that the engine that runs on low-quality gasoline is incredibly polluting.

The mayor suggested that the solution to the problem of quality of motor fuel will benefit the state of the atmosphere, according to RBC .
