Luzhkov: Moscow-third of gasoline - the "left" fuel

Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov, speaking at the meeting, likened the "singed" petrol with low-quality vodka. "Surrogate vodka harm to human health. Just by wearing a surrogate gasoline car engine," - said the mayor, adding that the engine that runs on low-quality gasoline is incredibly polluting.
