Catherine Deneuve will head the "Faces of Love"
Eleventh International Film Festival "Faces of Love" opens Saturday in Sochi. Under the hot sun Sochi Film Forum will be held for the first time. All previous years' Faces of Love "took the Russian capital.
This is not the only change. So, unlike the Moscow period of the festival in Sochi will be presented not one but two competitive programs: international and domestic, entitled "In Russia, feel able to."
President of the Film Forum chosen the famous French actress Catherine Deneuve. The jury - and the international and domestic - to lead the filmmakers. Headed by the first jury - English Pole Paul Pawlikowski, a film "Summer of My Love," which the British Academy of Film, Theatre and Television is considered the best in cinema of the United Kingdom in 2004.
Chairman of the Second will be the famous Russian film director, winner of international festivals and the State Prize of Russia Valery Ogo. But by giving the highest office in the jury men, "Faces of Love" of course, could not ignore its attention women. So, among the jury members of the Russian competition will be a talented young director Larissa Sadilova, and in the international jury - the incomparable Milena Dravich.
The festival in Sochi will be shown and the retrospective part of the program, prepared, as always, together with the State Film Fund of the Russian Federation.
Lovely chanting the names "- so called by the program. The book contains 14 popular bands, in which names and sounds of these names. According to tradition, in the "Faces of Love" will also be a program of erotic movies. In "Midnight," a program called "In the city of Sochi dark night" collected the most scandalous tape that caused a stir among the spectators.
