Outside the solar system found a twin sister of the Earth
Outside the solar system, astronomers have discovered a new planet that resembles Earth. This is the least of all these celestial bodies found outside the solar system.
Open the planet named OGLE-2005-BLG-390Lb orbiting a red dwarf star 25 thousand light years from Earth in the direction toward the center of the Milky Way.
Probably the "new earth" has a thin atmosphere. Year on it lasts for 10 Earth years, and temperatures should be extremely low.
Researchers believe that the planet's surface is not heated to more than -220 degrees Celsius, meaning it may have covered with a layer of liquid stopping beating.
And this, astronomers stress, virtually eliminating the existence of life, reports BBC.
