Teenagers in Samara banned at night for a walk on the street
In Samara, teenagers under 14 years prohibited the night on the street and go to entertainment establishments.
By law, the parents of children who are in public places from 22:00 to 6:00, will be fined up to two minimum wages.
The ban applies to the entrances of houses, streets, yards, parks, train stations, entertainment venues.
Heads of leisure facilities where minors are found teenagers will also be fined from 10 to 15 minimum wages. Penalty from 30 to 100 "minimalok" can be discharged directly to the legal person - the owner of a nightclub or restaurant.
The administration believes that the adopted amendments to the law will help reduce the number of juvenile crime in the region, reports NEWSru.com
