Adoptive father raping 5-year-old girl
A resident of Pennsylvania, Matthew Alan Mancuso has adopted 5-year-old girl in Russia in 1998. Adoptive father had raped a child and forced to pose for pornographic photographs, which are then placed on the sex sites on the Internet.
Investigation of the crime was launched in winter 2005 by the Canadian authorities. In August 2005, Mancuso was sentenced to 15 years in prison for distributing child pornography.
But then it turned out that he adopted a fatherless illegally. Russian Consulate General in New York at the moment determines the circumstances of the adoption.
In connection with the new circumstances rapist faces additional prison term of 35 to 70 years, according to Radio Mayak.
