Thus, the parliamentary elections initiated by Schroeder, showed that his coalition is likely to remain in power for the German political scene. Recall the results of parliamentary elections in 2002 were as follows:
Christian Democratic Union / Christian Social Union (CDU / CSU) - 38,9 percent, the Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD) - 38,2 percent, Green Party - 8.5 per cent, the Free Democratic Party (FDP) - 7,3 percent, the Party of Democratic Socialism (PDS) - 4 percent.
