12:00 A woman with an explosive device that was disguised as a bottle of deodorant, arrested in downtown St. Petersburg.
The police of the city reported that 34-year-old woman with no fixed abode operatives of Criminal Investigation arrested on the eve of the house on the N1 blacksmith lane.
