Department for External Church Relations (DECR) Moscow Patriarchate reported that an explosive device was embedded in the eastern part of the building. The explosion destroyed the walls of the chapel, as well as its roof and floor. Have been damaged and to nearby buildings, reports Sedmitsa.Ru.
