Severe food allergies can be successfully treated with camel's milk. And also this drink boosts the immune system in children. This is the conclusion, scientists from the Israeli city of Beersheba. The study's authors argue that the composition of camel milk "significantly different" from the milk of ruminants. In this there is no milk beta-lactoglobulin, and contains another type of beta-casein. These two protein component in cow's milk may be the cause of food allergies.

In an experiment staged by physicians participated in 8 children aged from 4 months to 10 years. Parents of the children were given frozen camel's milk in hygienic packaging. Within 24 hours after taking the first "dose" of children there was a reduction of allergy symptoms, and four days later they had disappeared altogether, the authors of the study. ITAR-TASS
