In St. Petersburg man found dead in a bag

On the bank of the river in North Little Nevka capital found a bag with a human torso.

According to the police department of St. Petersburg and Leningrad region, passers-by found the body of a man without a head, hands and feet. It happened around 14:00 on the eve of the house on a road south.
