In the U.S. Army developed a new "snus," a special project
November 12 2005
00:22 It is known that during the 2-nd World War, American soldiers marched through Europe with chewing gum "Juicy Fruit".
Today, U.S. scientists are working on a special chewing gum to American soldiers. One reason: the soldiers in the field often have neither the time nor the means to care for teeth and oral cavity.
The new gum will not only contain a special anti-bacterial agent to fight plaque and oral diseases, but also to retain fruity taste up to 30 minutes in an hour.
Once the design phase of a new chewing gum will be completed next year, will begin its tests in parts of the U.S. Army, reports AP.
