In early 2006, will enter into force offers free incoming calls.

2 November the State Duma passed in first reading bill on free incoming calls. According to him, the subscriber does not pay for the connection, which set the other person. Payment will only occur if the connection was established using the telephone operator with the payment by the called person, that is, the international connection.
