North Korean border guards detained a Russian ship

DPRK border guards have detained a Russian ship "Terney.

The vessel was sent from South Korea to Vladivostok. During a heavy storm the captain decided to change course toward the coast of the DPRK to take refuge from the storm.

On board the ship climbed the North Korean border guards and demanded to take the course on port Kimchak. As directed by the shipowner, the captain refused to obey and boat was detained. On board are 14 crew members, send "Vladivostok News".
