European Commission advises the UK think

The European Commission has criticized the British Government in connection with the way in foggy Albion treated with suspects in terrorist activities. British government was advised to focus on the legal side of the issue.

In a special report of the Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights noted that the conclusion of foreign nationals suspected of terrorist activities under house arrest is a direct violation of human rights.

Thus, under the new law, which was approved by the House of Lords in March of that year, foreign nationals can be detained at the slightest suspicion of involvement in terrorist activities.

In a number of other problems, the report also focuses on the justice system for adolescents and young adults, reports Associated Press.
