Ukraine's prosecutor general's office is haunted by the freedom of Boris Kolesnikov
Prosecutor General of Ukraine appealed to the Supreme Court of the country's decision to change the preventive measure Boris Kolesnikov.
"The General Prosecutor's Office on Aug. 3, 2005 filed with the Judicial Chamber for Criminal Cases of the Supreme Court of Ukraine is a petition for review in order exclusive jurisdiction of court Court of Appeal of Kiev for a change of preventive punishment in the form of custody on his own recognizance on a resident defendant under Part 4 Article 189 and paragraph 2 of Article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, Borys Kolesnikov, "- said the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office.
We recall that Boris Kolesnikov, released on the eve of the courtroom on his own recognizance, was again summoned for questioning to the Prosecutor General on Wednesday. To do this he had to make a flight to Kiev from the hospital in his native Donetsk, where he is undergoing treatment.
Decision to arrest the Donetsk regional council chairman Boris Kolesnikov was rendered by a court of Kiev Pechersk in May of this year. It comes to stock trading center of Donetsk "White Swan", a former director of which Boris Penchukov claims that he and his family were forced to sell shares for a pittance Centre under threat of death, reports RIA Novosti.
